The year 2022, marks a special occasion for us in Auroville, to be embedded into a country like India. While the Nation celebrates its 75th Independence this year, coming together united as One. We in Auroville mark a special occasion for a well welcomed coincidence, Sri Aurobindo’s 150th Birthday. The celebration for both have been long-awaited and proves as a significant day for everyone in our Nation. Both our home India, and Sri Aurobindo celebrate freedom and unity together. This Auroville Festival ‘22 celebrates the life of both with its four main aspects of its theme : Unity.
